The purpose of our ERASMUS+ second grant was to enhance careers of young researchers and to help them to improve their chances when applying for research and faculty jobs. We can report more than dozen successfull stories of researchers who during various stages of their studies started the collaboration through an ERASMUS+ mobility. Some of the researchers even started their topic of the thesis in collaboration with co-supervisor from the partner institute.
We follow-up and present a few stories of successful early career researchers who we believe have a very good chances to become next faculty leaders. We believe that ERASMUS+ had a contribution to the success of the people participating in our project.
